What is Individual Therapy and Counseling like?
Traditionally, a client meets with a therapist once a week. During your first session you will be asked about your background, history and current situation or problems. This first meeting will help us understand who you are and what is going on in your life.
Together we will create and clarify your personal goals and formulate a plan that you can follow to meet them. During your counseling and therapy sessions you and Doug Hall will discuss the challenges you are facing in greater depth. We will keep track of your progress and deal with any setbacks that arise.

Biofeedback is the process of monitoring physiological responses such as heart rate, skin temperature, brain waves, or muscle tension and turning these physiological signals into meaningful information and feeding back the information to the person being monitored in order to increase their awareness of mental and physical distress.
The power of biofeedback is in the training that results. Feedback leads to awareness and awareness leads to learning and control.
The goal is to recognize minor mental and physical symptoms early and to reduce them before they become major symptoms.
